Does weight decrease when you're on the moon?

No. As long as you're on the Moon, it stays the same. But it's less than the weight of the same person or object when they're on the Earth.

Weight decreases on the Moon because of lower gravity compared to Earth. While mass remains constant, the gravitational force acting on it is much weaker on the Moon, resulting in a lighter weight. For instance, an astronaut weighing 686.7 N on Earth would weigh only 113.4 N on the Moon.
