Allison buys 25 roses and some tulips. She loses 4 flowers on her way home. At home, she counts 30 flowers. How many tulips did she buy?

ok so lets step up the equation : 25-4+x=total flowers x=tulips so 25-4=21 equation:21+x= so u add 9 plus 21= 30 total number of flower but they are 9 tulips in the 30 flowers hope this helped !!

im not 100% sure what the question is but if she loses 4 and at the end she has 30 she originally had 34
