Almost all invertebrates happen to be insects, worms, or other small critters that we usually consider as pests. There aren't many relatively "large" invertebrates that live on land. Nonetheless, here are some examples.
Ants
Beetles
Grasshoppers
Slugs / Snails
Few large invertebrates are found on land due to the lack of structural and physiological adaptations for terrestrial life, such as a resistant outer skin and body cavities for respiration, as well as the limitations of an exoskeleton for larger body sizes. ;
Large invertebrates are rare on land due to challenges in respiration, support structures, water conservation, predation, and available ecological niches. These factors combine to limit their size and presence compared to other animal groups.
