Is [tex]5 \times 6 = 30[/tex] and [tex]30 \div 5 = 6[/tex] the same?

No it would not be the same because they 2 answers are not equal. Although all the same numbers are being used, that being 5,6 and 30. The questions is if the totals are equal and they are not.
5 x 6 = 30 > 30 / 5 =6
Hope this helps you. :-)

The two statements 5 × 6 = 30 and 30 ÷ 5 = 6 are not the same, as one is a multiplication equation and the other is a division equation. However, they are related because multiplication and division are inverse operations. Thus, while they yield different forms, they involve the same numbers and illustrate different mathematical concepts.
