Democracy's belief in the worth of the individual is indirectly reflected in the free enterprise system. In a free enterprise system, people could choose to be whatever they want depending on their talent and interest. This is very different if compared to communist system where the government basically choose what the people should or should not do.

Democracy’s belief in the worth of the individual is reflected in the free enterprise system, allowing people the freedom to choose their occupations and start businesses based on their interests. This system promotes innovation and personal expression, contrasting with more controlled economies. Consequently, it enables individuals to contribute to society and achieve personal success aligned with their talents.
