It is always just to defend the innocent. If someone threatens the ones you love it is irresponsible if you don't do everything in your power to stop them.

We are biologically programmed as animals to protect ourselves and our families with whatever means possible when we/they are threatened. While I typically do not condone violence, under certain circumstances, I could validate using violence in defense of someone I love.

The use of violence to defend your family is a complex issue that depends on the immediacy of the threat, legal rights, and moral considerations. While many feel protecting their family is a duty, it’s crucial to weigh the legal and ethical implications of using violence. Always consider non-violent options as the first course of action if a threat arises.
