It could be C + 2Cl2 ➡️ CCl4 I decided this because I believe this is the only way you could make this a balanced equation. To be a balanced equation Both sides of the equation has the same number of atoms for each element. Carbon has 1 atom and chlorine has 4.

The chemical formula for carbon tetrachloride is CCl₄, which consists of one carbon atom bonded to four chlorine atoms. This formula represents the molecular structure and the ratio of the elements involved. Carbon tetrachloride is commonly known for its use as a solvent, although health concerns have limited its application.
